Laugharne is an attractive town situated on the south coast of Carmarthenshire, overlooking the wide Taf River Estuary. The town is also home to a striking castle where poet Dylan Thomas and his wife is buried, along with a selection of tea rooms, a traditional pub, gift shop and a mini market. Nearby is Pendine which boasts a seven mile stretch of beautiful flat sand, and a little further afield are the resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot.
