Arnside is situated in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty just south of the Lake District National Park. The beautiful pier and port areas of the village offer stunning views across the Kent Estuary and train line with a fantastic stretch of beach to enjoy. The local surrounding area is a nature lovers paradise with the Gait Barrows nature reserve nearby and the internationally renowned Leighton Moss RSPB Reserve just 1 mile away. Within easy touring distance are the Lake District and Lune Valley the Yorkshire Dales and the Forest of Bowland. Through the front door you enter the spacious lounge which exudes comfort and relaxation with two sofas and an armchair surrounding the wood burner and TV which makes for a perfect night in. Head up a few steps to the kitchen/diner which has been designed to be functional and has a modern twist with wooden worktops. There is a gas oven and hob microwave dishwasher and fridge/freezer along with a breakfast bar and stools. The dining area is set in front of the patio doors bringing the outside in and it has a crafted table and chairs. Heading onto the first floor you ll find the master bedroom with a king-size bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC. Head on up to the second floor to find the other double bedroom and a separate WC. Outside there is a lovely patio area with a dining area in a pretty setting. There is an outhouse with a washing machine and tumble dryer along with space to store bikes. There is on-street parking subject to availability. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request) and 1 double. 1 bathroom with shower and WC, and separate WC. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Outhouse with washing machine, tumble dryer, and storage space for bikes.
