Located just 9 miles from the ferry terminal at Brodick the house is perfectly placed for those who want to roam the island. Its set in a small residential cul-de-sac with some beautiful forest and moorland walks on the doorstep. Its 3 miles from the coast and 5 miles from Machrie Moor Standing Stones one of the islands top attractions. Shiskine Golf & Tennis Club a popular 12-hole links golf course is also 3 miles from the house and has a well-regarded clubhouse on-site too. Head to Kings Cave car park 3 miles away for a nice circular walk to see the historic caves or start at Blackwaterfoot 3 miles and walk along to Drumadoon Point for a coastal stroll. The single-storey house has a user-friendly layout with a modern interior that feels like a home-from-home. The kitchen has an electric oven microwave and a dishwasher to make those clean-ups less hassle. The island breakfast bar with stools is great for chatting to the chef or enjoying a lazy morning coffee with the papers and the living/dining next door has a table for six when everyone wants to sit down together.
