This gem is located in an elevated spot with glorious views across the tree lines in the hamlet of Pont. Head to Polruan where you can take a relaxing trip on the passenger ferry to the bustling and fashionable small port of Fowey which is flanked by fourteenth century blockhouses. Should you decide to leave the village to visit more of the area you will not be disappointed as there is so much to see and do go for a walk on the beautiful coastal path onto Lantic Bay Polperro or even Bodinnick where you can catch the ferry back. Within reach is the Eden Project Lost gardens of Heligan and towns of Looe Charlestown and Mevagissey. Throughout the year there are local activities to enjoy; the Fowey Regatta and the Polruan Carnival being just two of them. Step inside this splendid retreat to the light welcoming entrance hall. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner leading into a spacious conservatory is a superb social space for all the family. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Enjoy a morning coffee whilst admiring the treetop view from the breakfast bar or have a more formal breakfast at the dining table or al fresco on the large decked terrace area fronting this part of the property. Watch TV on the comfy sofa or relax in the conservatory which has more seating and a telescope perfect for stargazing on a clear night. A few steps up from the kitchen/hallway you will find the first floor hallway which houses the snug. Cosy up in the snug and read a good book or watch TV There is access to a shower room with shower and WC through the snug. Directly opposite the snug and down a few steps you will find a twin bedroom with TV and hanging space. On this floor there is also a stunning contemporary bathroom with freestanding bath. At the end of this hallway you will find the first king-size bedroom with a TV dual aspect views and a dressing room area. Across this room is a further beautiful bathroom with a freestanding bath a walk in shower and a WC. Stairs lead from this first floor hallway to the ground floor and the front door.
