The property is set just a stones throw from the beach so is ideal for keen swimmers and water sports enthusiasts. It is close to the South Downs a great place to enjoy a variety of countryside walks cycling and horse riding and just a short drive from the Goodwood Estate which hosts numerous motorsports horse racing golf and shooting events throughout the year. Nearby is the historical city of Chichester which is home to the cathedral Arundel Castle and Petworth House where you ll find one of the finest National Trust art collections.
