A great base in which to explore one of the UKs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty numerous coastal towns villages and beach resorts. Nearby attractions are plentiful Pecorama Gardens offering an indoor and outdoor play area as well as rides on the Light Railway. Crealy Adventure Park and numerous National Trust properties however fun is only a few steps from the front door of this property the owners are happy for you to visit the farm animals to witness or help with the seasonal workings of a dairy farm. The historic Regency seaside town of Sidmouth is popular with families and couples with clean beaches and an increasing number of festivals each year Literary festival Folk festival and the towns Regatta all offer a memorable holiday. The house offers two bedrooms - one double with hand basin and one bedroom with twin bed. The family bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. The large lounge/diner has a Smart TV and DVD and the dining area leads into the well-equipped kitchen. Should you prefer to stay in and cook than go out this kitchen has an electric oven and hob microwave fridge with icebox washing machine dishwasher and many useful extras.
