This delightful 1930’s beach house offers superb living space with beach and sea views from most rooms. Situated in the coastal town of Brean within walking distance of the Brean Down (National Trust) and local amenities.
The Mendip Hills, Quantock Hills and Exmoor National Park are within easy reach as well as many other popular attractions, such as Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole and Glastonbury Tor. The City of Wells famous for its beautiful Cathedral, boutique shops and restaurants also offers a great day out and slightly further afield you’ll find the popular cities of Bristol, Bath and Cardiff all offering an array of shops and cultural experiences. Alternatively you do not have to leave the property in order to enjoy a truly relaxing and luxurious holiday.
The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 king-size with sea views, en-suite shower room and WC. 1 king-size with dual aspect sea views and a sofa bed. 1 twin room with panoramic sea views.1 further twin bedroom on the ground floor.
Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC on the ground floor, and separate cloakroom with WC and sink on the first floor.
Lounge: with multi fuel burner, Smart TV, DVD and sea views. Dining room: sea views and french doors to the garden. Casual lounge: sea views, Smart TV, DVD, Wii games console and french door leading to the Conservatory. Conservatory: enjoys breath-taking sea and beach views and direct access to the garden / beach and covered access to carport. Kitchen: spacious and modern with electric hob and oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
Outside: enclosed garden to the front and rear of the property with panoramic sea views, lawn, patio area, garden furniture, gas BBQ and direct private access to the sandy beach.
Amenities: front garden with lawn, tarmac driveway and car port, allowing parking for up to 4 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome (must be kept on ground floor using stair gate provided).
Location: beach directly outside. National Trust site, shop, pub and take-away all within walking distance (please note pub and take-away open Easter – November). Arrival: 4pm.
