Positioned a short distance from the A39 which hugs the North Cornwall coastline, on the Devon and Cornwall border, on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Bridgerule. The village has a popular family run pub, the Bridge Inn, which serves food throughout the day and a local shop. In a semi-rural location offering walks from the property in and around the countryside. A 10 minute drive is the town of Bude offering shops, pubs, varying restaurants and not forgetting its 3 beaches popular for surfing. With its distance from the A39 the whole of Cornwall is at your fingertips. Visit Tintagel, famous for its myths and legend of King Arthur, or the popular 'foodie' destinations of Padstow (made famous by award-winning chef Rick Stein) and Watergate Bay with Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant. The North Cornish coastline is littered with golden sandy beaches and secluded bays, not to mention the breathtaking rugged cliff-top walks which are all just off your doorstop. Outside: as an annexe to the main farmhouse, the garden offers the right to roam all 25 acres of farmland and see the farm livestock, ponies and lake.
