Situated at the heart of the stunning South Wight Jurassic Coastline lies the small quaint village of Brook, home to Brook Farmhouse cottages. The grand Brook Farmhouse has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard to create a superb and spacious home from home for larger families or groups of friends. This fine property stands proud at the end of a gravelled driveway and is framed by a pretty garden, providing luxurious and high quality accommodation, beautifully presented throughout. On the same site we also offer Palomino Cottage, Dapple Cottage, Chestnut Cottage and Bay Cottage.



Ideal for a family getaway or gathering, and with a generous open-plan living area, there is space for everyone to enjoy the sumptuous sitting room, dining room and beautiful hand-made kitchen. A second snug/family room provides the perfect space for the family to play, relax and unwind, and a paved terrace with seating area in the garden affords a fabulous opportunity for al fresco dining, family breakfasts or a sunny barbecue looking out over the countryside.



The large contemporary en-suite bedrooms are light-filled, with one offering direct access to a wonderful roof balcony with stunning panoramic views across the adjoining countryside and beyond, including the magnificent Brook Hill House which was once home to author and playwright J.B. Priestley.



With picturesque villages and bustling towns, there are some great places to visit on the island, each with their own character and heritage. With a varied landscape and miles of stunning coastline, there is so much to see and enjoy; and Brook Farmhouse sits in the perfect location for an island adventure.



Opposite Brook Farmhouse is the original stable block which has also been sympathetically renovated to provide further luxurious self catering accommodation within Bay cottage, Chestnut Cottage, Dapple Cottage and Palomino Cottage, with the collection being perfect for family holidays, romantic breaks and holidays with pets; the cottages are the ideal base from which to explore the attractions and the beautiful coast and countryside on the Isle of Wight.
