This terraced house is perfectly situated at the top of Bude town centre overlooking the impressive 18-hole links golf course and only yards from the clubhouse and 1st tee.
A two minutes walk brings you to Summerleaze downs with great views of Bude's beaches and access to the South West Coastal path along the cliff tops. Summerleaze beach with its unique outdoor sea pool is a 600m walk from the front door with Crooklets beach a little further. Both beaches are very popular with swimmers, body boarders and surfers and have lifeguards on duty during the summer months. Bude offers a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants plus many leisure facilities such as boating, riding, tennis and bowls. Further afield are several attractions such as The Eden Project, Crealy Adventure and The Milky Way or spend the day exploring the area with Boscastle, Tintagel and National Trust properties within easy driving distance
This spacious accommodation is set over three floors and has been equipped to a high standard. It offers THREE bedrooms: on the first floor, 1 master king-size double with en-suite bathroom with separate shower and triple aspect windows with views over the golf course and glimpses of the sea, 1 further double with en-suite shower room. On the second floor a twin room with en-suite shower room which is situated in the eaves so limited headroom. Downstairs is a separate WC. Lounge / kitchen / diner: large open-plan area has two reclining sofas, large flatscreen TV / DVD with Freeview. Kitchen area, well-equipped with electric oven, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washer / dryer.
Outside: small patio area at the front of property, regret no garden.
Amenities: roadside parking between 6pm and 9am or public car park located close by. Bed linen, electric, central heating and wi-fi included (from May 2014). Towels available for hire. Stairgates are available in the property. Regret no smoking. 1 well behaved dog welcome.
