Located just a stones throw from miles of soft golden sand at Camber this property is the perfect base from which to explore the local area. Perfectly placed for families children and dogs will enjoy making the most of the beachs swimming spots during the summer. A perfect getaway for couples too as 3 miles away the ancient seaside town of Rye boasts a selection of independent pubs restaurants cafes and shops which offer freshly caught seafood and collectable antiques. For those looking to explore further afield there is an abundance of castles gardens and family attractions to visit including Bodiam Castle Great Dixter House and Gardens and Port Lympe Safari Park all within 20 miles. Beautifully furnished throughout this accommodation is spacious and open-plan offering a stylish lounge area with a large comfy sofa armchair and smart TV. This is a fantastic space for family celebrations and entertaining or just perfect for curling up in front of the open fire on a chilly afternoon and enjoying a good book. The kitchen area is a beautiful space in which to prepare dinner and includes all of the contemporary fittings and appliances you could wish for including an electric oven and induction hob dishwasher larder fridge freezer microwave Nespresso coffee machine and regular coffee machine. Dine together around the large table at dinner after a busy day at the beach before letting the teenagers head into den area where there is a smart TV open fire with fuel large sofa and a table and chairs for board games and cards to keep them entertained. Within this part of the house there is also a ground floor double bunk bedroom which leads off the den area sleeping either two adults or four children while a mezzanine bed area is accessed from a separate ladder and has a king-size bed. The ground floor also offers a super-king-size bedroom with smart TV patio doors into the garden and an en-suite shower room with WC. The ground floor is completed with a shower room with WC and finally there is a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a separate cloakroom with WC. Heading upstairs there is a choice of three super-king-size bedrooms all with smart TVs two have an en-suite shower room with WC and one has an en-suite bathroom with free-standing bath separate his and hers showers and WC. Outside patio doors lead out to the secluded garden with direct access to the beach cleverly designed with a timber deck for enjoying family BBQs whipped up in the spectacular outdoor kitchen that has a gas BBQ and grill sink and undercounter fridges. Children will enjoy splashing around in the outdoor bath or take a cooling shower to wash off those sandy toes in the handy outdoor shower whilst the grown-ups will enjoy relaxing on the all-weather patio furniture. A raised deck at the end of the garden offers the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the dunes around the outdoor wood burning pizza oven/fire pit whilst a separate cabin offers a chill out area that can also double up as a music room with a Bluetooth speaker. There is private parking for three to four cars depending on the size of the car.
