Steeped in history this large wing of the main house is approached via a private driveway and enjoys use of the large gardens complete with Romany caravan.
In the peaceful village on the outskirts of Redruth, you will be ideally placed for visiting the beaches on the north and south coasts as well as many traditional fishing villages. Attractions close by include Lands End, Tate Gallery at St Ives, Flambards Theme Park and a choice of heritage sites and gardens. Enjoy some lovely walks including to Carn Brae Castle which can be seen from the property. In the evenings relax on site or enjoy a meal at one of the many pubs and restaurants close by.
The accommodation occupies the first and second floor and is approached via a steep external spiral staircase. There are THREE bedrooms: all on the second floor, 1 double with TV and en-suite shower room with WC, 1 double and 1 twin.
Bathroom: also on the second floor with mixer shower over bath and WC. Lounge / diner: on the first floor large with TV, Freeview, and woodburner effect electric fire. Kitchen: well-equipped with cooker, fridge / freezer,microwave and washing machine.
