Conveniently situated in Duporth Bay which is within walking distance of Charlestown harbour a beautiful Georgian port that has featured in the Poldark TV series with much to see and do. Take time to discover the Tall Ships at Charlestown a perfect place to relax on the historic quay where time has stood still. Carlyon Bay has a fabulous coastline with some lovely walks sheltered coves and traditional fishing villages nearby including Fowey to the east and Mevagissey to the west. Attractions in the area include the Eden Project The Ship Wreck Centre the Lost Gardens of Heligan Poldark Mine St Michaels Mount and National Trust properties including nearby Lanhydrock House.
