Cooden Beach is located across the road from the property and is ideal for keen swimmers and water sports enthusiasts. It is also close to the countryside offering a great place to enjoy countryside walks cycling and horse riding and just a short drive from the De La Warr Pavilion which hosts exhibitions and events throughout the year. Nearby Eastbourne is home to the Towner Art Gallery and numerous theatres which offer an array of West End Shows throughout the year. Families will enjoy exploring the many castles gardens and family attractions on offer in the wider area.
