This charming, freshly renovated, single storey detached property sits next to the owner’s thatched cottage within the sleepy hamlet of Coombelake nestled within the rolling Devonshire countryside.
Located 1 mile from Ottery St Mary, famous for its flaming tar barrels in November and offering a host of shops, tea rooms and restaurants. The historic, picturesque estates of Escot and Cadhay are less than 1 mile either side of the property and are worth a visit as are the popular Otter Nurseries and Joshua’s Farm Shop located nearby. Exeter and Taunton are approximately half an hour away, offering many attractions, shopping centres, theatres, restaurants, train and bus stations. The coastal resort of Sidmouth is approximately 7 miles away with other resorts including Branscombe, Lyme Regis and Exmouth within reach. For walkers, the South West Coast Path is at your disposal.
