This refurbished and equipped Victorian terraced house is perfectly positioned for enjoying the many splendours on offer in the traditional seaside town of Sidmouth.
Within a level walk is the beach, cinema, shops, good restaurants and riverside park as well as other leisure facilities. The property makes an ideal base for a drive free holiday with so much to see and do and yet is perfect for exploring the whole of Devon and West Dorset. The Jurassic Coast is a must for walkers and there are attractions to suit all tastes which include historic Exeter, Crealy Devon, Bicton Park, numerous National Trust properties and Gardens to name but a few.
