To the exterior is a small yard at the rear with a wood store and roadside parking for 2 cars at the front, opposite the property. 24 Main Street offers the ideal accommodation for a family or friends looking to explore the superb walking country of Yorkshire.

Stanbury is about a mile away from Haworth and sits near the derelict farmhouse Top Withens, which is said to have been the inspiration for Wuthering Heights. This is a popular walking destination and landmark, on the Pennine Way, a National Trail attracting amblers from all over. There are a few pubs, as well as a school and a church, with many more amenities in nearby Haworth. The Bronte Parsonage Museum is close by as well as the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway. There is also the National Trust`s East Riddlesden Hall, the city of York and the towns of Harrogate and Skipton to explore.
