This stunning family home nestles in a pretty part of the North Devon countryside, surrounded by lawn, large paddock, woodland and stream providing a peaceful haven for adults as well as an adventurous place for children to explore.
Close to the sandy, surfing beaches and coves which are dotted all along the coastline with National Trust land and coal paths within an easy stroll. There is an abundance of wildlife. Locally there are many places to visit including Clovelly, a unique cliffside fishing village and the nearby small town of Hartland, together with lots of good pubs and eating places within easy reach. There are interests for every age and taste. Family attractions include The Big Sheep and The Milky Way and are ideal on wet weather days. Outside: large gardens surround 3 sides of the property, with a vegetable patch, fruit cage, apple trees, patio and covered BBQ area. A stream with a small bridge over links the patio area to the lawn, care needed with young children.
