Set in a rural position offering stunning surrounding countryside, visitors are able to wander freely over the open farmland and explore all it has to offer or simply sit and relax in the lovely grounds. The properties are a few miles from the 2 charming villages of Bradworthy and Kilkhampton, both offering pubs, shops, Post Office and church. The properties are perfectly positioned to enjoy the North Devon and Cornwall coast which is famed for its spectacular scenery. There are many sheltered coves and fishing villages to explore, as well as sandy surfing beaches the closest beach is 4 miles away. Hartland Abbey, Tapeley Park and Rosemoor are all within a short drive with spectacular houses and gardens to wander. Lots to see and do in the area including walking, shooting, watersports and fishing at the nearby Tamar Lakes, the lakes are a 10 minutes walk away, where you'll find newly laid paths to allow for lake side circuit walks.

A renovated former farmhand’s cottage, finished to a high standard and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 spacious master double with exposed beams, flatscreen TV, and 1 twin. 1 further generous twin bedroom on the ground floor.
Bathroom: small step up with roll-top bath, separate shower and WC on the first floor and a second shower room with WC on the ground floor.
Lounge: enjoys ample seating around the large woodburner (during winter months first basket of logs included) with flatscreen TV, DVD and Freeview. Dining room: leading off the kitchen through the archway. Kitchen: cottage style offering oven and hob with extractor hood, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and microwave.
Outside: enclosed garden enjoys a covered decked area and small lawn with garden furniture and BBQ.
