Set in a rural position offering stunning surrounding countryside, visitors are able to wander freely over the open farmland and explore all it has to offer or simply sit and relax in the lovely grounds. The properties are a few miles from the 2 charming villages of Bradworthy and Kilkhampton, both offering pubs, shops, Post Office and church. The properties are perfectly positioned to enjoy the North Devon and Cornwall coast which is famed for its spectacular scenery. There are many sheltered coves and fishing villages to explore, as well as sandy surfing beaches the closest beach is 4 miles away. Hartland Abbey, Tapeley Park and Rosemoor are all within a short drive with spectacular houses and gardens to wander. Lots to see and do in the area including walking, shooting, watersports and fishing at the nearby Tamar Lakes, the lakes are a 10 minutes walk away, where you'll find newly laid paths to allow for lake side circuit walks.

A spacious, self-contained wing of the owner's farmhouse offering FOUR bedrooms: 1 twin bedroom situated on the ground floor with en-suite shower wet room and WC. This room could be suitable for guests with mobility restrictions. On the first floor there are 3 further bedrooms all with far-reaching countryside views, 1 family room with four-poster bed and 2 singles with en-suite shower over bath and WC, 1 double room with additional single bed and 1 twin room. Large landing area with sofa bed if required.
Bathroom: on the half-landing with shower over bath and WC.
Lounge: with two-way woodburner (during winter months first basket of logs included), TV, Freeview and DVD. A sun lounge leads from the lounge offering woodburner and comfortable seating. Kitchen / diner: with electric range cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. Dining room table can be made into a pool table.
Outside: large lawn garden with swings and slide. Patio with garden furniture and BBQ.
Amenities: 2 dogs welcome. Tumble dryer available by request.
