This beautiful apartment is situated in the popular coastal village of Alnmouth which offers a golden beach perfect for relaxing strolls and ideal for families making sandcastles and playing beach games. Alnmouth offers a host of great restaurants cafes gift shops and galleries. Just five miles away is Alnwick home to the famous Alnwick Castle and the fantastic Alnwick Garden. Among the many other wonderful attractions in this stunning part of Northumberland are the friendly fishing village of Amble Druridge Bay Country Park Bamburgh Craster and the castles at Warkworth Bamburgh and Dunstanburgh. Or you could enjoy boat trips out to the Holy Island of Lindisfarne Coquet Island or the Farne Islands. From the communal entrance the stairs and lift take you up to this fabulous second-floor penthouse apartment. On entering this spacious and light apartment you will find yourself in the attractive and tastefully furnished open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which features exposed wood beams and is flooded with natural daylight and enjoys glorious sea views. With comfortable seating SkyTV and decorative feature fireplace the delightful lounge is an ideal space to unwind in after a fantastic day. There are two dining tables each set within an alcove allowing you to dine in style while enjoying the beautiful sea views. Heading over to the stylishly-designed kitchen you will find it fully equipped with an oven with gas hobs built into the worktops dishwasher microwave fridge freezer drawers and a separate wine fridge. Exploring this fabulous apartment further you will find three cosy bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and plenty of storage space and has an en-suite bathroom complete with bath and WC. You will also find two comfy twin bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room with rain shower and WC. To the rear of the property is a utility room with additional freezer space a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a separate WC. To the front of the property are large bi-folding doors which open out onto a large south-facing balcony. Here you can sit and relax on the wooden lounge style furniture and enjoy the 180 degrees view of the estuary. There are free parking bays nearby and there is additional parking space in the car park at the beach front for an additional cost. Please note Central electrical control touchscreen regulates the lighting, heating, air conditioning and sound system for the whole apartment. Each room has separate individual controls so you can alter manually, and individual remote controls to open and close the blinds and windows.
