The village offers a variety of restaurants pubs coffee shops and gift shops as well as a lovely golf course overlooking the sea. Five miles away is the vibrant town of Alnwick with its cobbled streets and diverse shops. You can visit the fantastic Alnwick Castle which is famous as a location for Hogwarts in the Harry Potter films as well as the wonderful Alnwick Garden with one of the worlds largest tree houses. Nearby are lovely villages including Amble and Warkworth or you could take a boat trip to Coquet Island. This beautiful holiday home is one of three charming apartments in Tidal Sands House.
