This lovely cottage which is set on a working farm is the perfect location for a Devon getaway Within easy reach of the cottage are the renowned RHS Rosemoor Gardens Dartington Crystal and a wealth of National Trust properties and gardens. A short drive away the vibrant market town of Barnstaple boasts an array of amenities traditional pannier market and access to the Tarka Trail and South West Coast Path. Slightly further afield and for those who love walking both Dartmoor and Exmoor are just a 35 minute drive away and the wide and sandy beach of Westward Ho! is also close by. As you enter this single story cottage via the stable door you enter the cosy lounge with sofa and armchair arranged around the TV/DVD. Walking through the open place space to the kitchen where you ll find everything you need to prepare your favourite meals with an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge freezer. Also located in the kitchen space is a dining table seating 4. A hallways then leads from the kitchen where there is a door to access the enclosed rear patio space. Also accessed via the hallway is the bathroom with bath and WC. The cottage has two bedrooms; one double bedroom and one bunk bedroom with 2 6 beds. Outside there is a private rear patio with garden furniture and guests also have access to 1.5 acres of shared landscape garden with swings overlooking the garden a wider countryside and a path which leads to a beautiful large private lake.
