This impressive penthouse offers wonderful views of the River Torridge and is a perfect base for those wishing to explore the delights of North Devon.
The quaint fishing village of Appledore is only a 10 minutes’ drive where you will find small craft shops, friendly local pubs and restaurants with fresh seafood on the menu. The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is only a 10 minutes’ drive offering many family amusements. Close by is a wealth of popular attractions that include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Tapeley Park, Arlington Court and more. For the sporting enthusiasts, visit the North Devon Yacht Club at the village of Instow or perhaps a game of golf at the Royal North Devon Golf Club. Shopping is well catered for in the market towns of Barnstaple and Bideford.
