Nestled in a wonderful tranquil position enjoying magnificent mountain views in the small hamlet of Amulree with its beautiful historic kirk dating back to 1784. Perfectly located for touring the picture post card towns of Aberfeldy Dunkeld Creiff and Pitlochry with its Festival Theatre fish ladder and the Enchanted Forest Scotlands premier sound and light event. If adventure is what you are after look no further as the area boasts a wealth of outdoor activities including golfing bungee jumping on the river Garry walking climbing cycling canoeing at Grandtully sailing and angling on Loch Tay ornithology and highland safaris at Dull. Other places of interest within easy reach include the historic Castle Menzies Dewars World of Whisky and the fantastic Crannog Centre. The pretty front garden leads you up a flight of stairs to the single storey bungalow where you enter the hallway through to the light and bright lounge enjoying splendid uninterrupted mountain views with TV/DVD and wood burner perfect for cosy nights listening to the crackling fire. Continuing back through the hallway you will find the well-equipped kitchen with gas oven and hob dishwasher washing machine microwave large dining table for great get together with French doors leading out to the rear garden where on a sunny day open the doors and let the outside in.
