Relax and unwind in this hidden courtyard setting within the ancient fishing village of Appledore with its quaint cobbled and car free streets and excellent family pubs and galleries. One of four properties within the courtyard, there is a pleasant sun-trap shared garden to enjoy.
Stroll the streets of Appledore with it's bustling quayside and direct access to National Trust cliff-top and river walks and the Maritime Museum explaining the history of the village. The 2 miles of golden sandy surfing beach at Westward Ho! is under 1 mile and there are other attractions and leisure facilities all within easy reach. The pannier market town of Bideford is a 10 minutes drive with its shops and restaurants and is home to The Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island. In the evenings, enjoy a range of fine cuisine from one of the many pubs and restaurants all within walking distance.
