Stroll the streets of Appledore with its bustling quayside and direct access to National Trust cliff-top and river walks and the Maritime Museum explaining the history of the village. The 2 miles of golden sandy surfing beach at Westward Ho! is under 1 mile and there are other attractions and leisure facilities all within easy reach. The pannier market town of Bideford is a 10 minutes’ drive with its shops and restaurants and is home to The Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island. In the evenings, enjoy a range of fine cuisine from one of the many pubs and restaurants all within walking distance.
