Situated on the last cobbled street in Appledore with wonderful views to the River Torridge. Here you are only minutes away from the quayside with its excellent restaurants, pubs, shops and galleries this bustling village has to offer. Enjoy a BBQ on the large decked patio with views across the estuary towards Instow.
You will be ideally positioned for visiting some lovely locations such as Instow, Westward Ho! with its 2 mileS of sandy beach and Clovelly with its steep, traditional cobbled streets, all within a short drive. The surrounding area offers a wealth of attractions including The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Arlington Court, Dartington Crystal and many more, so there is something to suit everyone's tastes. For the surfing enthusiasts the famous Croyde beach is a 40 minute drive. For the sporting enthusiasts visit the Royal Devon Yacht Club in Instow or a game of golf at the Royal Devon Golf Club in Westward Ho!
