This spacious and stylish cottage is in a delightful fishing village and offers fabulous estuary and sea views. Enjoy the relaxing vista from the decked balcony watch the fishing and pleasure boats on the water enjoy a BBQ or just sit back and chill. A short stroll leads you through the quaint little lanes of Appledore with its quayside Maritime Museum galleries shops and many traditional family pubs. Explore North Devon with a visit to The Big Sheep The Milky Way Dartington Crystal and many more. The two mile beach at Westward Ho! is just a short drive as are the sand dunes at Instow. Leisure facilities including swimming tennis golf riding and much more are close by. The accommodation is arranged over three storeys. As you enter the property a small snug/lounge is to your right with Smart TV/DVD and Xbox further on the room opens out to an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner overlooking the decked balcony and having excellent river views.
