Ardagh North is set in a magnificent rural location just two miles from the harbour town of Baltimore and makes the ideal holiday home for a trip with family or friends. Located in Western County Cork, six miles from the shops, pubs and restaurants of the market town of Skibbereen, Baltimore has many attractions for its visitors. Experience some incredible whale watching by chartering your own boat – dolphins have been known to get in on the action too! There are many shipwrecks in the bay, a reminder of the historic incident when Baltimore was attacked by Algerian pirates. Wander around the recently restored O`Driscoll Castle, or stroll up to the famous local landmark of Baltimore Beacon - also known as Lot`s Wife.
