Beautifully positioned on an elevated site, this charming ground floor cottage boasts views south over the Ythan Valley and across the rolling landscape of rural Aberdeenshire. The famous Castle Trail is easily accessible, and just a short drive away are the picturesque fishing villages of the Moray Firth coast and Royal Deeside. Local activities include golf, angling, riding and walking. Aberdeen is 25 miles away and offers excellent leisure facilities and shopping.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and 2 twins.
