The property is situated near the foot of the popular Monsal Trail a traffic free route for walkers & cyclists through some of the Peak Districts most spectacular limestone dales with Hassop cafe bike hire and gift/bookshop only a mile stroll. Alternatively within a short car journey you can visit some of the larger attractions the Peak district has to offer such as Chatsworth House and farm shop and Haddon Hall both within five miles with the assurance that you can return to your own private parking spaces within this bustling market town. You step into the ground floor accommodation into a cloakroom area the perfect place for kicking off muddy boots and finding your slippers. Following through into the lounge/kitchen/diner with the original full length mill windows that flood the rooms with light and make the most of the neutral tones throughout. The stylish lounge area has been beautifully furnished with comfortable sofa where you can relax after a busy day and watch the TV/DVD and door leading out onto a front patio area overlooking the historic mill wheel. The kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and gas hob fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and washing machine. Leading off from the lounge are the three welcoming king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (which can be made into twins on request) one with an en-suite shower and WC. Here you will also find the bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Externally there is a front patio area overlooking the old mill wheel with seating provided. There is allocated parking spaces for two cars. Need to know: 3 Bedrooms king size zip and link (all bedrooms are made up as king size and must be requested at the time of booking to have them as twins). 1 Bathroom and 1 en suite shower room.
