Bank Cottage cottage Peak District

Bank Cottage is a neatly designed cottage located in the heart of Buxton in Derbyshire. Boasting three bedrooms which are made up of two king-size doubles and a twin and a family bathroom and shower room this accommodation can sleep up to six people. Inside, there is also a fitted kitchen, utility, dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside is off road parking for one car and a lawned garden to the front with furniture, as well as a courtyard to the rear with tables and chairs. Resting in a central location, and a short walk to local attractions, Bank Cottage can be enjoyed throughout the year.

It was the constant 28 degrees centigrade of the blue waters of Buxton`s eight thermal springs that originally attracted the Romans to the town. Today visitors continue to enjoy magnificent buildings and gardens, as well as the Opera House`s full programme and annual festivals of music and arts. There is good walking close by with rugged peaks to the north and hills and dales to the south and a number of towns and villages are dotted throughout including Bakewell, Ashford-in-the-Water, Castleton and Edale.
