DETACHED COTTAGE IN LOVELY AWAY FROM IT ALL LOCATION
Located in Colby Corner, this delightful cottage is quietly situated at the end of the lane and enjoys the solitude of the countryside with deer, rabbits and barn owls for neighbours. An ideal place for total relaxation.
Take a stroll to a nearby stream with woodland walks and many footpaths and country lanes for cycling. 1 mile to the nearest pub serving good food and fishing available locally. 4 miles to the market towns of North Walsham for shopping and Aylsham for shopping or ride the Bure Valley Railway to Wroxham for day boat hire to explore the Broads. A 20 minute drive takes you to the coastal resorts of Bacton, Mundesley or Cromer for fresh fish and end of pier entertainment.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: upstairs 1 double and downstairs 1 single and 1 twin accessed via the single bedroom.
Bathroom: downstairs, bath with hand held shower and WC. Shower room: upstairs with WC.
Lounge: cosy room with TV, DVD and open fire (first basket of logs included thereafter at cost). Dining area. Conservatory: with French doors to garden and peaceful views of the countryside.
