This pretty coastal property has been lovingly developed and furnished by its owners. It offers a great base for families and couples looking to explore this picturesque part of the North Devon coastline which offers a selection of amenities catering for all ages.
The family-friendly, sandy beach of Woolacombe is a short stroll from the property, and popular Croyde and Saunton are also within easy reach, all providing excellent surfing. The South West coastal path, offering some of the finest walks in the country and spectacular views is also close by. In addition North Devon has a host of activities on offer to compliment the wonderful scenery, enjoy a walk over Exmoor National Park or visit historic Barnstaple with its market and high street shops, explore The National Trust property of Arlington Court and the pretty fishing village of Clovelly, or enjoy a day with the animals at Combe Martin Wildlife Park.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size, 1 double and 1 twin.
Bathroom: with separate electric shower. Separate WC. Lounge / diner: spacious open-plan area with lovely sea views and TV / DVD. Kitchen area: with electric oven and hob, small fridge with freezer compartment and microwave.
Outside: enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture and BBQ.
Amenities: private off-road parking for 3 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric and electric heating (oil filled radiators) included. Regret no smoking inside the property. 1 well-behaved dog welcome (please ensure that remains in the lounge / diner using the door provided).
Location: beach and selection of pubs, shops and restaurants, all within walking distance (please note that there is a steep incline heading back towards the property).
