These delightful semi-detached barns are set in the beautiful and unspoilt Devon countryside in the grounds of the owner's Grade II listed farmhouse. Both properties have been converted to a high specification featuring woodburners, oak doors and staircases. Combined with a calm interior design and stylish furnishings, these properties are a perfect holiday retreat ideal for couples or small families.
The surrounding views are far-reaching and can be enjoyed from the owners surrounding 15 acres of land often occupied by grazing sheep and free range hens. Beaford village is less than 1 mile offering a local family pub serving good food. Beaford is ideally located for touring the local area including Exmoor, Dartmoor and the North Devon coastline. The Cavalier town of Great Torrington is nearby offering shops, pubs and attractions including Torrington 1646 Visitor Centre where the last Battle of Torrington is re-enacted, Dartington Crystal where you can see glass being blown and RHS Gardens Rosemoor which are all worth a visit. Fishing, golf courses at High Bullen, Libbaton and Torrington, cycling on the Tarka Trail, horse riding and flying all available locally.
