Ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, the South West Coast Path is less than a 10 minute walk taking you into the heart of Boscastle harbour, a sheltered refuge for local fishermen. There are also a number of circular walks available from your doorstep. You will be a short drive to a host of long sandy surfing beaches, sheltered coves and picturesque fishing villages such as the famous 'Doc Martin' village of Port Isaac and a wealth of attractions to suit all tastes which include Tintagel with its legends of King Arthur and his knights of the round table, Launceston Steam Railway, National Sea Life Aquarium and numerous National Trust properties and gardens, to name but a few. Walkers can enjoy strolling the land or just simply relaxing on the shared lawn area and watch the fantastic sunsets
Outside: both cottages have shared use of large lawn gardens with seating. Shared utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer is available.
Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and underfloor heating included. 1 medium size dog welcome (please note that dogs must be kept on a lead at all times). Regret no smoking.

The accommodation is a single storey detached barn with level access, nestling in front of the farmhouse, offering ONE bedroom: zip-and-link double which can be a twin on request. Shower room: large level entry with handrails, shower stool and WC. Lounge / kitchen / diner: bright and airy, open-plan with TV, DVD, Freeview, hi-fi, woodburner effect electric fire, electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box and microwave.
Outside: small patio area with seating.
