This property enjoys a quiet countryside location on a former working farm dating back to the 18th Century and set within 3 acres of meadows and gardens at the foot of the Sterridge Valley thus offering a brilliant base to explore the many delights of North Devon. The village of Berrynarbor is a short walk away with a popular pub serving food and a local shop. The seaside village of Combe Martin with its picturesque beach selection of pubs and eateries is a short drive away and Ilfracombe a little further with its beaches pubs and restaurants or take a stroll along the harbour with a variety of boat trips on offer. Step through the front door into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner the lounge area is the perfect place to relax after a busy day catch up with the latest news on the TV or just sit and read a good book in front of the wood burner effect electric fire on those chillier nights. A door leads from the lounge area on to the sun terrace. The dining area has a table and chairs set for four people for all to enjoy a good meal together and discuss the next days plans. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
