Set within 35 acres, the barn is equipped to a very high standard and is perfect for touring the area or ideal for a relaxing holiday, to enjoy the grounds and woodland which are home to an abundance of wildlife including birds of prey, deer and a trout stream.
There are some lovely walks directly from the property. Enjoy the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park which is right on your doorstep; perfect to explore at all times of the year with its rugged scenery, as are The Black Mountains. The river Towy, renowned for its fly fishing is also close by. There are plenty of attractions to explore within a short drive and these include Carreg Cennen Castle, The National Botanical Gardens, Dinefwr Castle, Talley Abbey, the ancient Roman gold mines of Dolaucothi, Aberglasney Gardens and the boutique town of Llandeilo which is well worth a visit for its shops and restaurants. Venture further afield and explore the magnificent coastline of Pembrokeshire and the Gower Peninsula with some lovely beaches and fishing villages to explore.
The accommodation was recently converted using traditional techniques and materials to retain much of its original charm and character and offers THREE bedrooms: situated upstairs, 1 king-size with TV and exposed beams, approached through the mezzanine second lounge area. 2 doubles with TV, situated downstairs.
Bathroom: fabulous feature room with bath, wet room shower area and WC.
Lounge: with TV, Blu-ray, Wii games console and patio doors. Second lounge area situated upstairs with double sofa bed. Kitchen / diner: well-equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
Outside: patio doors from the lounge lead to decked area with seating and lovely views. Use of 35 acres.
