Guests can enjoy a day at the De La Warr Pavilion (under 2 miles) soaking up the local culture with the latest events and contemporary art exhibitions or take a stroll to the local shops pubs and eateries. For keen walkers and cyclists there are many routes along the coast or you can venture into the countryside and the nearby High Weald (under 20 miles) an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For some more fantastic views along the coast head to nearby Hastings (under 4 miles) and take a trip up the East Hill funicular (under 5 miles) Englands steepest cliff railway or head west to the elegant seaside town of Eastbourne (13.5 miles). The property is accessed via 16 wide shallow steps. You enter the property into the welcoming hallway and head through into the light and airy lounge. Enjoy relaxing on one of the two comfortable sofas watching your favourite programmes on the TV and DVD player. Heading through to the kitchen/diner the dining area has comfortable seating for everyone to kick back in and wait for those delicious family meals that are being whipped up in the kitchen. Said kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feed the troops with an electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Heading back into the hallway you will find two bedrooms: a king-size with a Smart TV and a twin bedroom. Leading off from the kitchen is a delightful conservatory with two rattan chairs which are the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee in the sunshine with the pooch. Also housed here is a handy washing machine and tumble dryer. The property is completed with a wet room comprising a shower and WC. Outside is a large enclosed garden to enjoy with a table and chairs lawn area and also a childrens Wendy house complete with toys - great for summer entertaining.
