This semi-detached spacious studio apartment is situated above a garage in the grounds of the owner's main residence and has great views across the River Taw. The contemporary accommodation is accessed via stairs which conveniently separates the sleeping area from the living area giving a real sense of space. This light and airy studio is ideal for discerning couples looking for a quiet retreat.
You will be a short distance to the market town of Barnstaple with its shops, pubs, restaurants, cinema and theatre. The North Devon coastline is within easy reach and has many beaches to enjoy including Saunton and Croyde. The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is a short drive or enjoy the sand dunes at Instow with its seafront, restaurants and pubs. Nearby you will find the Tarka Trail great for walking or cycling and Exmoor is close by offering moorland walks and quaint villages. Discover one of the many local attractions including The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Arlington Court, Tapeley Park and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. Riding, fishing and golf can all be accessed locally.

Outside: accessed via sliding doors from the lounge, is an enclosed decked balcony with seating and BBQ, a great spot for relaxing and enjoying the river views across the shared gardens. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the owners lovely lawn gardens.
