An ideal hideaway for those who do not want to cook, you will be within a short drive of the many popular beaches and attractions including Westward Ho!, Saunton and Croyde. The regional centre of Barnstaple being less than 1 mile away offers pubs, shops, restaurants, cinema and theatre.
The open-plan accommodation offers ONE bedroom / lounge: lovely open-plan lounge with double sofa bed and views over the river, woodburner effect electric fire, flatscreen TV, Freeview and DVD. Shower room: with WC. Kitchen / diner: microwave and toaster available for breakfast, separate sink for washing cutlery etc and a fridge is available on the premises.
Outside: lovely enclosed shared lawn gardens with seating and BBQ.
Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels and electric included. Night storage heating. Regret no pets or smoking.
