This property offers wonderful views of the River Torridge as well as being perfect for those wishing to explore the delights of North Devon.
The quaint fishing village of Appledore is only a 10 minutes drive where there are many small craft shops and friendly local pubs and restaurants with fresh seafood always on the menu. The 2 miles of golden sandy beaches at Westward Ho! is only a 10 minutes drive offering many family amusements. Close by are a wealth of popular attractions including The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Tapeley Park, Arlington Court and more. For the sporting enthusiasts, visit the Royal Devon Yacht Club at the village of Instow or perhaps a game of golf at the Royal North Devon Golf Club. Shopping is well catered for in the market towns of Barnstaple and Bideford, the town centre of Bideford being only a 10 minutes level walk. In the evenings enjoy a meal out in Bideford or venture further afield to the many local village pubs all serving excellent food. Alternatively enjoy fishing over the back wall at high tide.

Outside: enclosed garden with outside table, seating and BBQ overlooking the river.
Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included (heating surcharge of £15 applicable 1 November - 1 March, payable direct to the owner on arrival). 1 dog welcome. Regret no smoking.
