This charming and tastefully renovated cottage was once part of a 400 year old working mill. It ajoins the owner's property and is situated in a beautiful rural setting which overlooks part of the River Yeo.
Surrounded by acres of countryside where guests are free to roam at their leisure. Exmoor National Park for walkers is on your doorstep, just a 20 minute drive away. The traditional market towns of South Molton and Barnstaple are only a short drive and offer shops, restaurants and pubs.
Farm activities: the property owners welcome all guests to help feed the farm animals and also offer Shetland pony rides (weather dependant), by arrangement direct with the owners. Games Barn: set over 3 floors with table tennis, snooker table, darts, drum kits and board games.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin.
Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge / diner: open-plan with TV, DVD and large woodburner. Kitchen: with electric oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
