The vibrant village of Bishopston is well served with two village pubs and village store you are just a short distance away from The Gower an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with exceptional walking mountain biking and local hacking. You can go for miles undisturbed by traffic with bridleways linking Welshmoor Common and Llanrhidian Marsh to the stunning beaches at Oxwich Langland and Three Cliffs Bay. A superb area for wildlife with wild ponies birds and sea life. Visit Weobley and Oxwich Castles The Gower Heritage Centre the National Botanic Garden of Wales or head to the dry ski slope at Pembrey Country Park. Discover the coastal city of Swansea with a range of shops culinary delights water sports activities Glynn Vivian Art Gallery and the National Waterfront Centre. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Take in the picturesque cottages as you arrive into the village. The accommodation is situated on the first floor and is accessed via its own front door. Climb the steep stairs onto the landing where you can step into the cosy lounge a wood burner takes centre stage and is ideal for a chilly evening after a day exploring the coast sink back into the large corner sofa and enjoy a good movie on the TV/DVD. The kitchen/diner is also accessed off the landing area a well-equipped space with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer and washing machine. A dining table and chairs sits to the side with views onto the terraced area. Also off the main landing you will find three bedrooms. A double bedroom with a front aspect and en-suite shower room and basin only a double with a rear aspect and a single room also enjoying a rear aspect. Completing the property is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Step out of the kitchen/diner onto the enclosed terrace where you can sit and relax and enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. There is allocated parking for one car. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 2 doubles and 1 single. 1 bathroom and 1 en suite shower and basin only..
