This excellent location is great for families with outgoing children. The accommodation is within easy driving distance from a good collection of excellent beaches and countryside footpath. Many visitor attractions are worth a visit are easily accessible by car include The National Seal Sanctuary Flambards and the Paradise Park Wildlife Sanctuary. The accommodation is approximately 8 miles from the popular seaside town of Porthleven with its double harbour and formidable sea fortifications. The site has also recently been recognised as a Site of Special Scientific Interest due to the many rare species of birds and plants that can be found. The unspoilt natural surroundings make this a real treat for any nature/wildlife fans. Visit Penrose estate and investigate the Looe Bar one afternoon. Theres much to discover on the Lizard like Goonhilly Downs and Lizard Point and Lighthouse the most southerly tip of the British mainland. Also travel to Penwith to visit Penzance St Michaels Mount Geevor and Levant Mine for the best of Cornwall or check out the interesting shopping town of Falmouth with its wealth of great independent stores pubs and restaurants. For the avid surfer the south coast of Cornwall has some fabulous beaches to catch the ultimate set of waves. Theres so much to enjoy in this region guests will be spoilt for choice by the huge range of activities AONBs and places of interest to visit. On arrival at the property you will find the open-plan yet cosy lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has a TV/DVD with Freeview and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen area comes complete with an electric oven a microwave a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There is also a WC on the ground floor. The bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The first bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room and WC. The further bedrooms contain a double bed and a single bed respectively. The bathroom has a bath and WC. Outside the property guests have a small enclosed patio garden with a low wall and access to a shared larger lawn with a trampoline a slide and swings. Guests also have plenty of space for parking.
