There is a double bedroom, a room with two bunk beds, a ground floor bathroom, a first floor basin, WC and washing machine, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside, there is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed patio with furniture. Blackburn Cottage Barn is a great holiday base.
Wolsingham is a small market town with beautiful buildings and period features. There is also the Wolsingham Agricultural Society which is held every year in September and draws large crowds.
