These charming properties retain much of their original charm and character. Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, perfectly located for exploring the North Devon coastline and beautiful surrounding countryside.
Situated a few minutes drive from the pretty village of Parracombe which boasts a traditional pub and village shop. With public footpaths direct from the farm, this is perfect setting for those wishing to explore the stunning countryside by foot or make the most of the riding stables nearby. Venturing further afield, you are a short drive from the sandy beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe famous for their surf and popular with bathers and sandcastle makers. Visit the historic villages of Lynton and Lynmouth often referred to as "Little Switzerland" and take a ride on the famous cliff railway. Local family attractions include Watermouth Castle, The Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and Exmoor Zoo.
Leisure facilities: the farm is set in 10 acres and guests are welcome to walk the owner’s fields, perfect for those with dogs, however please be warned that some of the fields are set on steep slopes.
Farm activities: by arrangement with the owner, guests are welcome to collect the chicken’s eggs, visit the sheep with their lambs in the spring and see the pigs with their piglets (due to the nature of farming these activities are seasonal)
Amenities: bed linen, towels and electric included. Regret no smoking.
Additional info: private water supply. Shared washing and drying facilities situated in outbuilding onsite, free of charge. 1 basket of logs included per woodburner, additional wood can be purchased onsite for £5.00 per wheelbarrow load.

This rustic, Grade II listed farmhouse dating back to the Magna Carta, has many original features including oak beams throughout, welsh slate flooring, original low doorways and some original doors and offers SIX bedrooms: 2 doubles, 2 singles and 1 twin situated upstairs and split over different levels. 1 further double situated downstairs, with wide doorway and directly next to the bathroom.
Bathroom: situated downstairs, with bath, separate walk-in shower and WC. Shower room also situated downstairs with WC. Separate WC upstairs.
Lounge: 2 steps down, with exposed beams, double aspect windows, woodburner, seating for 10 and flatscreen TV with Sky Package (not including movies / sports). Snug / play room: 2 steps down, with seating, decorative Aga (not in use), TV, Nintendo Wii, PlayStation2, selection of videos, DVDs and games. Kitchen / diner: accessed via 5 steps up, large farmhouse style with high ceilings, oak beams and woodburner, 2 farmhouse tables that can be joined together to seat 10 and reading / seating area with CD player, the perfect place to sit in front of the woodburner with a glass of wine and a good book. Kitchen area, well-equipped with 2 Belfast sinks, butchers block, electric oven, halogen hob, dishwasher, American style fridge / freezer, microwave and patio doors leading out onto the veranda. Cloak room area: with Belfast style hand basin, ideal for storing muddy boots and coats.
Outside: there are two patio areas both with seating, one located off the kitchen / diner with countryside views out to Exmoor, the second patio is located at the front of the property with access to an enclosed garden with seating, child’s summer house and rotary line.
Amenities: ample off-road parking. Central heating and wi-fi included. 2 dogs welcome, more by arrangement. Arrival: 3.30pm.
