At the geographical centre of Scotland, with routes leading north into Glenshee and the Cairngorm National Park, east to the glens and sandy beaches of Angus, south to the cities of Perth and Edinburgh and west to the famous Perthshire lochs, making this a perfect touring base. The championship Rosemount golf course is a mile away with another 40 courses within a half-hour drive. Other activities include hill walking, angling, winter sports, field sports and ornithology.
Outside: each property has its own lawn and private parking and there are 10 acres of walled gardens, grounds and woodlands to explore.
