Perfect for walkers and dog owners of all abilities and ages, with the well-known and loved Saints Way and Wilderness Trail that meander across the moor and countryside.
Easy access to the National Cycle Network with many off-road trails and quiet country lanes to enjoy on the way to lunch in the historic 17th Century local pub renowned for its good food and tranquil beer garden. Cycle hire and horse riding are available at several locations nearby. Convenient for Luxulyan Valley, which is a renowned World Heritage site and Lostwithiel with its antique shops, quality restaurants, bistros and tea shops. Here you can visit Restormel Castle, stand on a medieval bridge and walk by the beautiful River Fowey. Alternatively take a guided kayak river trip from Lostwithiel with a lunch break at the hidden harbour village of Golant. A short drive from some of Cornwall's most hidden secrets, from the sheltered beaches, picture postcard harbours and seaside villages that are dotted along the south coast to must-see destinations.
